Sierra Nevada Properties is a locally-owned firm that was formed 42 years ago. We chose this brokerage firm to work with because of the integrity and commitment the broker and the agents have to help clients sell and buy the biggest purchase of their life. The values held by the firm are aligned with our own life experience of serving the public. 

Before joining Sierra Nevada Properties Bonnie had a successful rewarding career in public education. She was a high school math teacher, a Vice Principal of a high school, a Principal of a high school, and retired as a Director overseeing several schools K-12. As a leader, Bonnie is passionate about the importance of aligning core values to the Real Estate profession. Integrity, being knowledgeable, and being trustworthy are values she always thought of in every decision. What is best for the student, the parent, the teacher? In real estate is what is best for the client? She takes pride to be a person that puts service above self. 

Sheri studied marketing in college and has served the public for over 20 years. Sheri has a unique skill set to understand the needs and wants of people. She is a great listener and because of that is also a very skilled negotiator. Sheri's moral compass follows the highest standards in the profession. She is trustworthy, understanding, empathetic, approachable, and professional. Sheri works hard and understands the real estate market. Working with her means the buying and selling of real estate is going to go well for both parties. 

Bonnie and Sheri are a mother/daughter team. They enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, camping, and bicycling in their spare time. They know the Reno/Sparks area well. Sheri is a native and Bonnie moved to the area as a sophomore in high school. They care about their clients and always hope their clients will become part of their long term friend group.
